LUQA - Not much to say about this 2-bed apartment apart from perfectly finished well modernly finished. The apartment is brand new, so new the air con hasn\'t even been turned on. The owner has put a lot of work into making me feel like home. This property has all you need to be comfortable with. It has a main bathroom and also the master bedroom has an en-suite. There are a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has an induction hob and electric oven so need to worry about the gas. Over in the living area, we have also a large sofa bed so the apartment could sleep 6 people if need be with a lovely sized yard that will seat everyone for a bbq in the summer. This is a must-see to get the feel of it. The price is negotiable.
